Plumber Attendance — Important Information

Do not book a plumber until you have received written authorisation from Bluewave Living. Plumber visits arranged without prior written approval may not be eligible for reimbursement.
If the issue is confirmed to be a Duravit product fault, Bluewave Living will cover reasonable plumber attendance costs.
If the issue is found not related to a product fault (e.g. incorrect installation, misuse, wear and tear, or a pre-existing plumbing condition), the plumber's charges are the customer's responsibility.
